The Nexus of the Hackathon to the Zero-Green-Clean Economy​


Flood, droughts, heatwaves, and other unexpected environmental phenomena have been globally reported to bring severe disaster to many nations around the world.  This reach for an urgent decision from both public and private sectors to consider and implement on sustainable practices on both macro and micro levels in order to acheive the requirements of Zero-Green-Clean Economy easing on high impact on society and nature.

About our hackathon


We, The PIM International Hackathon , provide a platform for the young generation to think green and innovatively and develop a viable and green business model that promotes net zero and carbon offsets, generates profitability, creates a sustainable impact on society, and penetrates the international marketplace for scale-up horizontally.

Our Objectives


  • To provide a platform for the young generation to increase awareness of environmental causes, gain further opportunities for their business model, promote a Zero-Green-Clean Economy and create a better place for living.
  • To encourage students to think ahead as an enterpreneur who implements sustainable practice in scaling up a viable, innovative business innovation in the international level.
  • To reflect on the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) as the guideline in the business model formulation.

Team Eligibility


Undergraduate or high school students

THREE to FIVE members in total

At least ONE faculty advisor representing

All members should attend the activities within this institution 

  • All full-time and part-time undergraduate students or full-time high school students in any degree program.
  • Each team must contain THREE to FIVE members in total (excluding the faculty advisor).
  • For the University League, each team is recommended to have the support of ONE faculty advisor from the institution the team represents (Optional) *
  • For the High School League, each team is required to have the support of ONE faculty advisor from the institution the team represents*
  • All members should be currently enrolled in this institution. Members from cross-faculties within the same institution are acceptable.

NOTE This is to ensure that the team is endorsed to represent the academic institution in the competition, which will be confirmed through the faculty advisor of said institution
