On 27th, March, 2026, as part of the Integrated Business Experience course, Master’s degree students from the International MBA (iMBA) program at Panyapiwat Institute of Management (PIM) recently visited PSN Interfood (Thailand), a leading company in the food industry specializing in high-quality food products and supply chain excellence. This visit offered students valuable exposure to real-world business operations, particularly in food production management, distribution systems, and strategic market positioning within Thailand’s competitive F&B sector.
During the visit, students gained in-depth insights into how PSN Interfood integrates operational efficiency with quality control to maintain high standards across its productlines. The company demonstrated its end-to-end business model, from sourcing and production to logistics and customer delivery, highlighting the importance of supply chain integration and operational agility. This directly reinforced key concepts from the Integrated Business Experience course, allowing students to connect classroom knowledge with practical applications in areas such as operations management, business strategy, and value chain optimization.
In addition, PSN Interfood shared its strategic approach to market expansion, customer relationship management, and product innovation. Students learned how the company adapts to changing consumer preferences while maintaining strong partnerships with distributors and clients. The discussion also emphasized the role of digital tools and datadriven decision-making in enhancing operational performance and competitiveness in the modern food industry.
This experiential learning opportunity enabled students to develop a deeper understanding of how integrated business functions operate in a real organizational setting. It also strengthened their ability to analyze business challenges and identify strategic solutions, preparing them to become future-ready leaders in a dynamic global market.
We would like to express our sincere appreciation to the management team of PSN Interfood (Thailand) for their warm hospitality, insightful presentations, and engaging discussions. Their valuable sharing greatly enriched our students’ learning experience, and we look forward to continued collaboration in the future.
