During the CP Ram visit, students had the opportunity to explore how the company applies people management strategies to drive business success. They observed how goal-setting frameworks and reward systems align employees with organizational objectives, boosting motivation and performance. As a leading food manufacturing company in Thailand, CP Ram shared its innovative HR practices for employee development, engagement, and retention, emphasizing the importance of aligning these strategies with organizational goals for long-term success. Students also examined how CP Ram manages Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) initiatives to foster inclusive, high-performing teams. This experience provided valuable insights, bridging the gap between academic theories and real-world industry practices in people management.
