iMTM students visit Gymnema Planation in Mae Tang District, Chiang Mai, to learn how local wisdom can be distributed to society. Ka Thong, a community-based brand, is one of the exceptional products created by traditional Thai doctors and brought to modern times. Students are strongly encouraged to put their ideas for Brand Management and IMC projects into action, such as how to build and design brand elements such as a logo, packaging, and advertising, as well as how to create new features for Gymnema-based products.
During this trip, the students also learn about Lanna culture by visiting Elephant Camp, the Doi Suthep Mountain View, ancient temples, local markets, and Chiang Mai University.
