Two of iMTM students; Mr. Paramet Sethawanich and Mr. Tshering Phuntsho are invited to participate in “Bioeconomy in Action: Alternative Inclusive Pathways to Sustainability in Southeast Asia” Workshop organized by Biodiversity-Based Economy Development Office (BEDO) and Stockholm Environment Institute (SEI).
The objective of the workshop is to discuss and look for alternative inclusion pathway for sustainability in southeast Asia. Joining the panel discussion are knowledgeable and experienced professionals from Africa continent, Latin American and Southeast Asian and stakeholders on the sustainability of bio economy
The discussion topics include the importance of Bio-economy and how to make it more strong in the future, the framework of regional sustainability and bio economy policy, the problems that are currently facing the Framers and other challenges faced by bio-economy concept, the climate changes, carbon emission and other challenges which can be solved thought sustainably approach.
