Mr. Thannaphat Kasemwattanasuk is an educator with extensive international and domestic experience in marketing, sales, and business development within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. Prior to joining academia, he held key roles in multinational corporations, where he led cross-functional initiatives including global product launches, omni-channel marketing strategies, and key account management. In 2018, his strategic business plan for launching a healthcare supplement into specialized channels earned international acclaim, winning an award of EUR 200,000 at a European case competition.
Mr. Thannaphat holds an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from Pepperdine University, California, USA. During his graduate studies, he completed an internship with a U.S.-based food distribution company, equipping him with cross-cultural management experience and a global business perspective. He began teaching at Panyapiwat Institute of Management (PIM) as a part-time lecturer in 2018, transitioning to a full-time faculty member at the International College in 2021. He currently teaches courses in strategic management and business model development, with a strong emphasis on adapting to emerging global trends and leveraging digital skills development.
In his role as Director of the International Startup Academy (IC-ISA), Mr. Thannaphat mentors aspiring entrepreneurs and guides scalable venture projects, instilling a mindset rooted in customer-centricity and agile practices. His work consistently bridges academic theory with industry practice to prepare students for the evolving digital economy.
