On September 11th, the International College, in collaboration with the Counseling Psychology and Potential Development (CCPD) Unit under the Student Affairs Department, organized a workshop titled “Self-Regulation with Self-Compassion.” The session was designed to promote the wellbeing of International College students by addressing emotional triggers that impact daily self-regulation and student life.
This interactive workshop encouraged participants to build essential skills for both academic and personal growth. The program aimed to:
