Asst. Prof. Veerisa Chotiyaputta, DBA

Dean of International College, Panyapiwat Institute of Management (PIM)

Asst. Prof. Dr. Veerisa received bachelor and MBA degrees in finance and international finance from the U.K. She began her career as investment banker to underwrite shares for listed companies under the Stock Exchange of Thailand.

Later she worked as fixed income fund manager for private wealth management taking care of customers with high net worth. After 7 years of professional career, she turned herself into educational sector helping Faculty of Economics, Chulalongkorn university to manage “Bachelor of Arts Program in Economics” “EBA”, international program since inception as program director. While working at Chulalongkorn university, she also decided to pursue further degree and received Doctoral of Business Administration (DBA) from Switzerland.

After 10 years experiences at Chulalongkorn university, Asst. Prof. Dr. Veerisa has joined Panyapiwat Institute of Management since 2013 and currently is working as “Dean” of International College. Her vision of education is to be dynamic, agile, and “always disrupt herself before being disrupted”. Under her supervision, she drives the team through the result-oriented culture, sustainingly high commitment to the goal, and constant thirst in learning new knowledges.
